A list of all events (creation, update, etc.) logged across all of Hubleto, with columns:

• Datetime - the exact time of the event
• Type - the event type (e.g. "create", "update")
• Context - the class/event listener that generated the entry (e.g. Hubleto\App\Community\AuditLogs\EventListeners\LogCreatedRecord)
• Model - the specific data model affected by the change (e.g. Hubleto\App\Community\Customers\Models\Customer)
• RecordId - the identifier of the changed record
• Message - a text message (empty in the data shown)
• Priority - a numeric priority for the event
• User - who made the change
• IP - the IP address the change came from

The list has a search field and filterable/sortable columns.
